Göreme Festival Area is the main meeting point of the festival. On the opening day, dance performances, a special balloon show for the Chinese Year of the Horse, a qanun-guzheng recital by Hasan Gökçe Yorgun and Jiao Li, a violin-piano recital, mapping, and drone shows meet the audience.
